How do I create a FasTrak account?
There are two ways to get started with FasTrak. One way is to sign up for an account, which you can do online, or by sending in an application via US mail. FasTrak will then mail you a ready-to-use toll tag. The other way to set up a FasTrak account is to pick up a toll tag at a convenient FasTrak retail location.
How do I access my FasTrak account?
To access your account information through our automated phone system, you must use your account number and 4-digit personal identification number (PIN) or mailing address zip code. A username is a unique login name that you create to access your account information online.

There are no fees to open or to maintain a FasTrak account, regardless of the type of toll tag you use. Think of your FasTrak account as a little bank account for tolls. Your account must always have a balance, and tolls will be automatically deducted from your balance each time a toll is collected.
Why can’t I access my FasTrak account?
If you forgot either your username or password, visit the Forgot Password or Username page. To retrieve your username, you will need to provide your account number or toll tag number and the zip code on your account mailing address. To reset your password, you will need your username and your account mailing zip code.
Where can I find my FasTrak account number?
When contacting the Customer Service Center, please provide your FasTrak account number or toll tag serial number. The serial number is located on the toll tag’s barcode.

Can I use FasTrak without transponder Los Angeles?
It depends. You need a FasTrak Flex toll tag if you are a carpool, vanpool, motorcycle or other toll-exempt vehicle that will use the I-880, I-580, I-680 Contra Costa or SR-237 express lanes. Otherwise, your Standard toll tag will work on all express lanes as well as all other FasTrak facilities.
