Do you swallow after Suboxone dissolves?
Even if it does not taste good, it is important that you let it sit under your tongue until it is completely dissolved. Do not swallow your saliva until the pill/film has dissolved completely.
How much Suboxone should I take?
The recommended starting dose is 4-8 mg Suboxone Film on Day One, with a possible additional 4 mg depending on the individual patient’s requirement. The suggested target total dose for Day One is in the range of 8-12 mg Suboxone Film.

Is 4 mg of Suboxone a lot?

Which is better Suboxone film or tablet?
Which is best? Most patients prefer the sublingual strips. While there are generic Suboxone tablets, the primary reason that patients were given prescriptions for the tablets was to save money compared to the cost of the brand Suboxone films. The Suboxone generic tablets tend to take longer to dissolve.
