How do I measure hat size?

To measure your head circumference, take a sewing measuring tape or even a string, and wrap around above the ears and across your eyebrows. Please stick your finger under the tape so there is a little room and there you have head circumference! If you fall between measurements go for the next size up.

Can you embroider a baseball glove?

To embroider an existing glove it would need to be at least partially deconstructed before it could be embroidered. This is not cost effective and can cause serious damage to the glove. We suggest the classic marker, or finding a laser engraver who can burn your personalization on the glove.

Can I exchange a hat at Lids?

Yes, you can return an item to Lids without a receipt and packing slip, but the company will either exchange your item for a different one or provide merchandise credit via a gift card, which means you won’t be able to get a refund. You can also intentionally return your merchandise for an E-Gift Card.

Are Lids and fanatics the same?

Customized items are final sale and cannot be returned. If a customized item is returned, we will not be able to accept the return and will donate your merchandise to a charity of our choice.

Are returns free on fanatics?

What is your return policy? Our Return Process is simple and hassle free. You can return your merchandise to our warehouse up to 365 days from your item’s ship date. If you are returning a Manufacturer Direct, Memorabilia, or Collectible item, you must return your merchandise within 30 days of your item’s ship date.
