Can I delete my O2 online account?

You can’t delete it whilst you have an active account. Just don’t log in if you don’t want to use it. It will expire naturally on it’s own after a six month period of not logging in.

How do I remove my number from O2?

You may need to call O2 Customer Services. 202 for Contract. 4445 for PAYG. 8002 for Business to help with that.

How do I delete my over account?

To delete your HomeExchange account, you need to click on the “Settings” tab in the drop-down menu under “My account”. On the resulting page, scroll down and you will see a tab “Delete the account”, click on “Delete your account” in orange to go through with the process.

Can I have 2 numbers on my O2 account?

Yes, just login with your current account and purchase a new phone. Make sure you don’t upgrade though. You need a new contract. Or, if you already have another just use the option to “Bring in other products” on the Home page of your MyO2.
