- Once you have added the signers in the ‘Who needs to Sign’ section, click on continue.
- After clicking on continue, Hellosign editor windows will open on the surface of your document.
- From the drop down list, select the person to sign (if there are more than one).
- Decide how to sign. You have several ways to sign such as draw, upload image, type etc.
- When done with writing signature, click on Insert, or Save and Insert.
- Click on continue. Your document will be sent to the other signers to get their signs.
- Once they click on I agree after signing, a copy of document will be sent to their inbox.
You will receive the notices about the pending or completed files signatures. When you download your form, you can convert it in PDF.
There are some other ways to add signatures to your document, such as using the drawing tool.
Click on Insert>Drawing and find pencil tool icon, click on it and click on Scribble menu. Here you can draw your signatures and add to the document.
Other options are using cursive fonts and uploading image of sign, most likely having transparent background.
