Can you restart Curology after Cancelling?

We’d love to have you back! Because we are a medical practice, we allow only one account per patient. This means that if you’d like to renew your membership after you have canceled your account, we ask that you start by reactivating your previous account with us.

Can 14 year olds use Curology?

What age do you have to be to use Curology? We do not treat acne patients under 13 years old. For patients 13 to 17, parent or guardian consent is required and treatment occurs in collaboration with the patient’s parent or guardian.

Can I cancel one month Curology?

You must contact hello@curology.com to cancel your subscription and request a refund at any time on or before the 90th day after the completion of your treatment plan, including the day the consultation is completed. Returning patients signing up for our service again are not eligible for a refund.

Can I return Curology?

Curology does not accept or process returns or exchanges. We do not accept any returned bottles, cleansers or moisturizers in exchange for a refund nor can they be exchanged for an alternate formula.

Can 11 year old use Curology?

Age Limit. We do not treat acne patients under 13 years old. For patients between the ages of 13 and 18, parental consent is required. For these patients, treatment occurs in collaboration with the patient’s parent or guardian.

Can a 15 year old use Curology?

Participants must be between 13-25 years of age and, if underaged, must have parental consent. Credit is not redeemable for cash, has no cash value, and is non-transferable.

Can you delete Curology pictures?

As with any medical record, we can’t alter your medical history by removing photos. Rest assured that as a medical practice, we take patient privacy and security very seriously.

What happens if I stop using Curology?

If your Curology cream has new active ingredients in it that you’ve never used before (like retinoids or acids), then yes, your skin might “purge,” aka temporarily break out while your skin adjusts to the new exfoliating ingredients.

Is Curology safe with information?

Will Curology steal my identity?

Curology claims that it is safe for use in all skin types. Dark spot formula: The company says that this formula is for use in the morning, when a person should use it alongside sunscreen, and the evening.

Is Curology safe to send pictures?

Curology does not knowingly collect any information from persons under the age of 13 (or from persons between the age of 13 and 15 without appropriate authorization).

Is Curology FDA approved?

Remember that your Curology selfies are confidential — they’re just between you and your provider. We’ll save a copy so you can look back on your progress, but it’s up to you if you want to share them with the world.

How long does a Curology bottle last?

As much as we wish there were, there’s no magic, guaranteed one-time cure that will clear your skin. Once you find something that works — stick to it. Unfortunately, many members find that if they stop using Curology once their skin clears up, their old acne will start sneaking back in. Don’t let it!
