How do I delete my Rent the Runway account?
You can cancel your Rent The Runway membership by emailing or calling their customer service. Note: You have to return any Unlimited Program Products before the end fo your billing period to avoid any additional fees. Email help@renttherunway.com and ask them to cancel your account.
Can you cancel Rent the Runway?

You can pause your membership for one month at a time (and extend if you need a longer break) by visiting your Membership Settings on the RTR website or App.
Can you return rent the runway if it doesn’t fit?
We’re happy to give you a Rent the Runway credit (less the cost of shipping, accessories and saleable items) if none of the dresses in your order fit. To receive a credit, go to the “Orders” section of your Rent the Runway account and fill out our Return for Fit Request form.
