How do I delete my StyleSeat account?
Delete your client account
- Tap on the ‘Account’ button at the bottom of your screen.
- Click on ‘Delete Account’
- Confirm you want to delete your account permanently by clicking ‘Delete’

Does StyleSeat charge your card?
If your stylist uses automatic checkout, your card will be automatically charged after your appointment is complete. Tipping* happens separately: You’ll receive a text notification to adjust your tip amount. Otherwise, you will be charged for the default tip in your account settings.
Does StyleSeat report to IRS?
If in a given calendar year your payments through the Services meet the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) or state taxing authority thresholds for required reporting, StyleSeat will report your User Tax Information annually to the IRS or other governing authority, as required by law.
Why is StyleSeat not working?
The reasons why StyleSeat-Salon Appointments cannot be loaded cannot be more different. In most cases it is due to your own internet connection. It is quite possible that your device is in a WiFi network, but it still does not work, so you should try to access a website on the Internet using your browser.
What is StyleSeat payout?
With the StyleSeat Rewards program, clients earn points for every dollar they spend with you. Clients can use points to treat themselves to extra bookings with you. They can redeem points exclusively with professionals who are signed up for StyleSeat Payments. We cover the cost of the program!
How do I turn off automatic payments on StyleSeat?
When you click on “My Payments” you will see your upcoming appointment details, and at the bottom will be the option to turn Auto Pay ON or OFF.
How do I turn off smart price on StyleSeat?
You can always disable this feature from a specific appointment by clicking the link where it states “Remove Smart Pricing from this appointment HERE” within the appointment details. This will revert the price to the original amount, and remove all mention of Smart Pricing from the appointment.
How do I remove my credit card from StyleSeat?
Remove a Card
- Tap the menu icon in the top left corner of your screen.
- Go to “My Account” > “Payment Method”
- Tap the card you’d like to remove and then select “Delete”
How do I cancel my StyleSeat appointment as a guest?
Cancel an Appointment
- Hover over your “My Settings” in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
- Choose “My Appointments” from the drop-down.
- Click on the appointment you want to cancel.
- On the window that pops up, just click “Cancel” and confirm.
How do I accept cash payments on StyleSeat?
You can pay for your appointment in cash if you don’t want to use a credit or debit card. Just let your Pro know before you leave that they should check the appointment out as cash and you’ll be good to go. Before leaving your professional’s location: Let them know to check you out as “CASH” from their calendar.
Can you delete reviews on StyleSeat?
Clients CANNOT delete a review, but they can edit an existing one within 30 days of the appointment. Clients can either leave only a star rating or include a written review as well.
How do I change my payment on StyleSeat?
1. Go to “Calendar” and select the appointment you wish to check out. 2. Once in the appointment tap “Payment Method” to change from the credit card on file to a different payment method that does not charge through StyleSeat.
