LONDON (MarketWatch) — GlaxoSmithKline on Monday agreed to pay $566 million for CNS Inc., the maker of Breathe Right nasal strips and FiberChoice dietary-fiber supplements, with the U.K. drugs giant finally landing a consumer-health products company after two failed attempts.
