How do I create a GoToMeeting account?
Go to https://global.gotomeeting.com. Enter your company email address, then click Next. If you are not automatically redirected, you can click Continue.

How do I download GoToMeeting for free?

Do you need to create an account to use GoToMeeting?

Can you join GoToMeeting without the app?
Yes, you are given the choice of joining the meeting from the web or the desktop app. If you are do not see the option to join from the web, the organizer may have disabled the feature on their account.
How much does GoToMeeting cost per month?
What does GoToMeeting cost? GoToMeeting is sold in three plans, each with different pricing. GoToMeeting Starter allows you to host meetings with up to 10 participants and costs $19 monthly (billed annually at $228). Our most popular option, GoToMeeting Pro costs $29 per month (billed annually at $348).
Does GoToMeeting have a time limit?
As long as you have one attendee in your meeting, you can run the session indefinitely. However, if the meeting is being recorded, the recording will stop after 24 hours. If there are no attendees, the meeting will end after 2 hours.
Is GoToMeeting video or just audio?

Can you call into a GoToMeeting?

On the Audio tab, select Phone call. Use the drop-down menu to select which country you ant to see phone numbers for. Use your telephone to dial the desired phone number, then enter the 9-digit access code when prompted. Be sure to enter the Audio PIN to link your phone call with the session.
How do I see all participants in GoToMeeting?
The People pane displays all your meeting participants and gives you access to GoToMeeting controls. Click the Arrow icon next to any participant’s name to see all options, including the following: Mute their audio.
How do I get sound on GoToMeeting?

Can you share sound on GoToMeeting?

Why can’t I hear anyone on teams?
If you’re in a meeting, click the three dots and go to Device settings. Make sure your speakers or headphones are set as the audio devices to be used with Teams. Select your speakers or headphones as the default output device. Restart Teams and check if you can hear all the attendees now.
Why is my audio not working on go to meeting?
Remedy: Open the Volume Mixer (on Windows 7, right-click the Volume icon in your system tray and select Open Volume Mixer). Under the GoToMeeting entries, make sure the Volume icon isn’t displaying as muted. Try moving the slider higher to see if it affects the volume.
