How do I delete my Rover account?

  1. Go to Settings > Account settings.
  2. Tap Deactivate account and complete the optional survey.
  3. When finished, scroll to the bottom and select Deactivate my account to finalize your changes.

Can I reactivate Rover account?

If you’ve deactivated your account and would like to reactivate it, simply log back in with the same username and password you used before. Your account will reactivate. If you are experiencing issues reactivating your account, please contact Rover Support.

How do I file a complaint with Rover?

I’d suggest contacting Rover Customer Support at 888-453-7889 or support@rover.com. They should be able to help you make other arrangements if you haven’t already done so. As a sitter, I’ve never cancelled on any dog that was depending on me for his or her care.

How do you verify a number on a rover?

  1. Navigate to your profile by selecting your name in the upper right corner of your screen.
  2. Under Account info, select Update.
  3. Select Phone Numbers.
  4. Select Add Phone.
  5. Enter your number and select Add a Phone.
  6. Select Verify.
  7. Once you have your verification code, enter it and select Verify.

How do you turn off Rover mode?

Under Services / Rates, select Services. Under each service you offer, select +Show Options. Toggle the circle to change your Away status. Green = Away.

How do you unlink a Rover account on Roblox?

You can’t unlink from rover, the only way you can “unlink” from it is if you reverify under a different roblox account. This will completely remove the previous account you verified from the database and replace it with the new account you reverified with.
