Twitter is a useful platform with many automated tools and articles that can help you with any problem you may have.

- Go to https://help.twitter.com/en/contact-us. This is Twitter’s official page that you can use to contact them. On this page, you’ll find links to tutorials and forms that can either help you to solve your problem on your own or put you in contact with a Twitter representative that can help you solve your problem.
- Select the problem that you are having. Depending on the problem that you select, you will be prompted by Twitter to provide additional information, so they can help you with your issue. If doing this does not help to resolve your problem, continue to step three.
- If you want to send a tweet to Twitter support, you can message @Twitter Support either through direct message or by sending them a public tweet. If you do not want to send a tweet to Twitter, continue to step four.
