1. Create Apple Account on The Website

  • Using a website browser of your choice, go to the Apple ID creation page to create your Apple account for free.
  • Use a valid email address to be your primary email address. The primary email is crucial as it the email address through which apple will contact you. Also, it will become the apple ID that you will use to log in to websites that require you log in with your Apple ID.
  • Create a stronger password that is difficult to guess as your apple account will have tons of sensitive information that must be protected. Therefore, make sure your password contains numbers, symbols, lower and upper case letters to make it more secure.
  • Create a security question and enter your date of birth. These two things are handy for verification when it comes to password recovery.
  • Type in your name and address for making purchases using the Apple ID. Also, Apple uses an email address to locate where you are.
  • Enable or disable the email newsletters and product information sent by Apple. If you wish to opt-out, uncheck the boxes.
  • Correctly enter the CAPTURE items to confirm that you’re not a robot. If you don’t find it easy with the images displayed, you can choose the “Try a different image option” to get another set of images.
  • Review Apple’s terms and conditions and agree before you can proceed to create your Apple account.
  • After that, check the “Create Apple ID” button to receive an email verification for confirming you created an account. And that’s all about creating Apple account on a website.
  1. Create Apple Account Using iPhone & iPads

  • Launch your “Settings” app. Under the “settings,” scroll downwards to locate “iTunes & App Stores” and then check if there is an Apple ID already signed in. If there is, tap on the “Sign Out” button.
  • After that, tap on the “Create New Apple ID” and then select the appropriate store based on your location. Once through with setting your store, tap on “Done” to confirm your selections and then tap on “Next.
  • Carefully read the terms and conditions. When through with that, tap on the “Agree” button and then tap on the “Agree” again to proceed. If you wish to have the terms, you can enter your valid email address through which the terms and the conditions will be emailed to you.
  • Type in your email address in the text field provided. It is this email address that will become your Apple ID for logging in the sites that will request for your Apple ID for you to access Apple services. Also, ensure you create a strong password of at least 8 characters and should feature at least one numeric, lower case letter and an upper case letter. Since your Apple account will contain tons of sensitive information, you should also create three security questions to help you recover your account when you forget your password.
  • Key-in your billing details such as your credit card information if you intend to make purchases in App Store in future. If you wouldn’t buy anything in future, you can select “None” then tap on the “Next” button on the top-right corner of the screen. By skipping the credit card information, you will still be able to enjoy free product from Apple.
  • When through with the above step, click “Done.” After that, check for the account verification email in your mailbox and then click on the link provided.
  • Log in with your newly created email address and password to activate your account.
  1. Create Apple Account Using iTunes

  • Launch iTunes and then click on the “Store” menu. In the “Store” menu, scroll down and select on “Create Apple ID” and a new window will pop up. From the pop-up window, click on “Continue.”

  • Carefully read the terms and conditions displayed on your screen and then check on the “Agree” box when through and continue.
  • Feed-in the required details under “Provide Apple ID details” section. Type in your email address in the text field provided. It is this email address that will become your Apple ID for logging in the sites that will request for your Apple ID for you to access Apple services. Also, ensure you create a strong password of at least 8 characters and should feature at least one numeric, lower case letter and an upper case letter. Since your Apple account will contain tons of sensitive information, you should also create 3 security questions to help you recover your account when you forget your password.
  • Uncheck the two boxes at the bottom of the page if you would not wish to receive products and promotional emails from Apple. The boxes always stay checked by default and if you do not want to opt-out of emails from Apple, don’t uncheck the boxes, proceed to the next step.
  • Key-in your billing details such as your credit card information if you intend to make purchases in App Store and iTunes in future. If you wouldn’t buy anything in future, you can select “None” then tap on the “Next” button on the top-right corner of the screen. By skipping the credit card information, you will still be able to enjoy free product from Apple.
  • When through with the above step, click “Done.” After that, check for the account verification email in your mailbox and then click on the link provided
  • Log in with your newly created email address and password to activate your account

Note: Having an Apple account will allow you to download contents from iTunes and App Store. Also, it will allow you to sync contacts, calendars, through iCloud and also enables you to activate iMessage and Face times across many devices.
