Using an online shipping platform like ShipStation is the most immediate way you can save money on ecommerce shipping. The difference between retail prices you pay at a post office can be wildly more expensive than the Commercial Base rates you pay through a shipping software.

Within 90 days of creating your shipping label on UPS.com, you can void your shipment through Shipping History. Select Shipping at the top of the page and then select View History or Void Shipment. Select the checkbox next to the package you want to void and then select Void Shipment.

- Click the Void Shipments button.

How long does it take for USPS to scan your package?
USPS is informed of the shipper’s intent to ship when they create a mailing label for shipping from the USPS website, but has not handed the package over for shipment. Hence, pre-shipment means USPS knows about the intended shipment but does not yet have the package in possession for delivery.
Can a package be delivered without being scanned?

Why does the USPS site say my package is in pre shipment and it has been like that for 5 days now?
To request a USPS refund for a label you’ve just printed:
- On the Carrier screen you will see a confirmation that the label has been printed.
- Click on the Request Refund link.
- You’ll see a Request Refund dialog box with some conditions.
- Click Continue to process your refund request.
