Remove the doorbell’s faceplate then press and hold the reset button on the right side of the camera for 15 seconds. After releasing it, the ring light located on the front will flash a few times indicating the doorbell is restarting. The doorbell is now reset to factory defaults.
If you’re using Android, swipe down from the top of your screen, tap WiFi, then tap the Ring WiFi network. The network will be named something like Ring-123456. Then connect the Ring doorbell to your WiFi. Make sure to connect to the WiFi network closest to where the Ring doorbell will be installed.
